11/5 - The Dried Flower Bar Workshop

Join us for Flowers After Dark, an evening workshop series held after the flower shop closes. With the shop to ourselves, you’ll spend the evening surrounded by flowers while creating your own dried floral arrangement—and if something catches your eye while you’re here, the shop will be open exclusively for workshop guests to shop.

We’ll set out a flower bar filled with dried flowers, grasses, textural stems, and foliage for you to choose from. You’ll learn a few simple principles for working with dried materials, then select your favorites and build an arrangement that feels entirely your own.

Your finished piece is yours to take home and enjoy—no watering required.

Your workshop includes: A wooden flower holder, a curated selection of dried and preserved flowers and botanicals, and all materials needed to create your arrangement. No floral experience necessary.

Workshop Details

Duration: Plan for approximately one hour. End times may vary slightly depending on the pace of the group and how much time each guest needs to complete their arrangement.

Format: This is a standing workshop. If you need seating or other accommodations to comfortably participate, please give us a call before the workshop and we’ll be happy to make arrangements.

Age Requirement: Ages 12 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This workshop involves the use of floral scissors, so adult supervision is required.

What You’ll Take Home: Your own handcrafted dried floral arrangement in a wooden flower holder, ready to display and enjoy.
