About This Bouquet
Big Ray is our most generous Ray, designed in a larger glass vase with an abundance of blooms and a mix of sunflowers taking center stage. It’s lush, full and made to have a little more presence in the room.

Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, occasionally a particular variety may not be available. When needed, we’ll thoughtfully substitute a similar bloom of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look, color and spirit of the arrangement intact.

Keep your arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat and drafts. Check the water daily and top it off with fresh water as needed.

If the water becomes cloudy or murky, it’s time for a refresh. If you feel comfortable, gently gather the arrangement in one hand near the opening of the vase and lift the flowers out together, keeping their shape intact. Give the stems a fresh trim, cutting about ½ inch from the ends at an angle, replace the vase water with clean, fresh water, then simply place the arrangement back into the vase.

Remove individual blooms as they naturally fade to help the rest of your flowers look their best for as long as possible.
Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery is available Tuesday–Sunday within our selected Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and North Phoenix delivery areas. Delivery dates and fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s ZIP code.

Store pickup is available Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM, and Sunday, 8 AM–2 PM. Same-day pickup requires at least two hours’ notice and is subject to availability.

For local delivery, orders are available beginning the next eligible delivery day. Monday is not a pickup or delivery day.

Pet Safety

Our bouquets contain a rotating selection of seasonal flowers and foliage, some of which may be harmful to pets if ingested. Because varieties change throughout the season, we cannot guarantee that any bouquet is pet-safe. Please keep flowers and foliage out of reach of pets and do not allow them to be eaten.
